Our top-tier consulting firm is seeking a Valuation Specialist for roles available at Consultant, Assistant Manager, and Manager levels. This opportunity is open in Bangalore, Gurugram, and Mumbai. We are seeking an analytical professional with a deep understanding of financial metrics to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: You will analyze financial data, providing crucial insights for our valuation projects.
- Research & Information Generation: You will be responsible for performing comprehensive company and industry research, generating and analyzing information to build company profiles and proposal support documents.
- Development of Pitches & Valuations: You will contribute to the development of buy-side and sell-side pitches and conduct company valuations.
- Staying Informed: You will stay updated on current business, economic, and regulatory developments relevant to our clients to provide effective advisory.
- Relationship Building: Establishing strong professional relationships with onshore team members will be an essential part of your role.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Relative Valuations and Market Multiples: You should have a good understanding of relative valuations and market multiples.
- Knowledge of Intrinsic Valuations: Hands-on experience with intrinsic valuations, including creating and reviewing Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models, is required.
- Education/Professional Qualifications: An MBA or a CFA certification is a must for this role.
