Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: You will be tasked with the critical role of analyzing financial data. Your insights will contribute significantly to our valuation projects.
- Research and Information Generation: You will be expected to perform in-depth company and industry research. Generating and analyzing this information will help us build comprehensive company profiles and support documents.
- Developing Buy and Sell Side Pitches: Your role will also involve developing buy-side and sell-side pitches, helping our firm make well-informed business decisions.
- Staying Informed: You must stay updated with current business, economic, and regulatory developments relevant to our clients to provide sound advice and consultation.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with our onshore team members to foster a collaborative working environment.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Relative Valuations and Market Multiples: You must possess a good understanding of relative valuations and market multiples.
- Knowledge of Intrinsic Valuations: We’re looking for someone who has a good working knowledge of intrinsic valuations, including creating and reviewing Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models.
- Education/Professional Qualifications: An MBA or CFA qualification is required for this position.
