Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: You’ll take charge of analyzing financials, transforming data into actionable insights that will drive our clients’ success.
- Research: Conduct comprehensive company and industry research. Your findings will play a crucial role in our strategy development and decision-making processes.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling company profiles and support proposal documents that attract and engage potential clients.
- Valuation: Develop and deliver buy side and sell side pitches, valuation of companies using advanced methodologies.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on current business, economic, and regulatory developments relevant to our clients, ensuring we’re always one step ahead.
- Relationship Management: Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven proficiency with relative valuations and market multiples.
- Solid understanding and experience of Intrinsic valuations, including creating and reviewing DCF models.
- Educational or professional qualifications: MBA or CFA.
- A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
