Job Summary:
If you are passionate about recruitment marketing and have experience in administering and optimizing the SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) system, this job is for you. This role entails working closely with HR, marketing, and IT teams to ensure alignment between our recruitment marketing activities and overall organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SuccessFactors RMK Administration:
    • Manage and maintain the SuccessFactors RMK system.
    • Handle configuration, content management, and system updates.
  2. Content Strategy:
    • Develop and implement content strategies for job postings, career site content, and multimedia elements to engage potential candidates.
  3. Employer Branding:
    • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to build and maintain a strong employer brand via the RMK system.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor KPIs for RMK campaigns, job postings, and career site traffic.
    • Use data analytics for decision-making and to optimize recruitment marketing strategies.
  5. Candidate Experience:
    • Focus on enhancing the user experience on the RMK platform, making it easy and engaging for candidates to apply.
  6. Integration:
    • Integrate the RMK system with other HR technologies like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and core HR systems to streamline recruitment processes.
  7. Compliance:
    • Ensure that all RMK practices comply with data privacy laws and employment regulations.
  8. User Training:
    • Provide ongoing training and support to HR and recruitment teams for maximum utilization of the RMK platform.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in administering SuccessFactors RMK is required.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication skills for cross-functional collaborations.
  • Understanding of relevant compliance and legal considerations in recruitment marketing.
