Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Business Analyst, ideally with over 9 years of experience, to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who have expertise in ServiceNow, GRC, and ITSM, and are looking to apply their skills in multiple locations including Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, and Nagpur.
Primary Skills and Experience:
- 9+ years of professional experience, with significant expertise in ServiceNow, GRC, and ITSM.
- Previous involvement in at least one GRC Implementation project, focusing on Risk Management, Compliance, and Control indicators as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL V3 frameworks, and a solid understanding of Risk/Compliance processes.
- Approximately 5 years of experience working in ServiceNow projects as a Business Analyst, including responsibilities like requirements gathering, Agile/Sprint planning, and conducting demos.
- Comprehensive process understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management within the ServiceNow platform.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to GRC implementation projects, specifically in risk management and compliance within ServiceNow.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITIL V3 in the ServiceNow environment.
- Engage in all phases of ServiceNow project development as a Business Analyst, from requirements gathering to sprint planning and execution.
- Utilize a deep understanding of ServiceNow processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management, to enhance project outcomes.
