Key Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in developing applications on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on GRC and CMDB modules.
- Proficient in HTML technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, along with familiarity in JQuery and Angular JS.
- A solid understanding of SOA technologies, including REST and SOAP.
- Experience or exposure to AI/ML, RPA, or Virtual Agent technologies is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cloud-based application development principles and practices.
