We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow APM Developer/Architect with 7-9 years of experience working in a multi-tier ServiceNow production environment. This role is ideal for professionals with a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow ITBM modules and a proven track record in ServiceNow application development and architecture.

Key Qualifications:
- 7 to 9 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in an enterprise environment.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in configuring ServiceNow ITBM modules, including APM, PPM, and TPM.
- Experience in developing configuration item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services.
- Hands-on experience in developing Service Catalogs.
- Skilled in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools/applications using web services (REST/SOAP) or other methodologies like JDBC.
- Knowledge of integrating APM with other ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and SAM.
- Strong programming skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
- Deep technical understanding of various application phases and business or application functions.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting, including building custom Reports and Dashboards for various modules.
- Experience in creating Configuration Management policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in configuring and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.).
- Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, APM implementations in ServiceNow.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow ITBM modules, focusing on APM.
- Establish and maintain configuration item relationships in ServiceNow.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Develop and enhance Service Catalogs and application services.
- Create and implement Configuration Management policies and track IT assets and licensing.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards in ServiceNow for various modules.
- Work collaboratively with teams to understand business functions and provide technical solutions in ServiceNow.
