Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Java and extensive experience in financial systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of our software products through meticulous testing and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand and translate business requirements into robust test cases.
- Conduct comprehensive functional testing of business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test cases, primarily using Azure Test Plan and ALM in Azure DevOps.
- Implement, update, and execute test cases with a focus on efficiency and coverage.
- Engage in test reporting and effective issue management, ensuring all problems are addressed promptly.
- Lead the automation of test cases, enhancing our testing framework and processes.
- Analyze server logs to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, preferably in QA automation with Java and financial systems.
- Proven track record in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD), with experience in writing feature files and executing tests in an automated framework.
- Familiarity with ALM and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- A keen eye for code quality metrics and their implications on product quality.
- Strong understanding of the agile product development lifecycle, QA processes, and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills:
- Creative, open-minded, and enthusiastic team player.
- Knowledge of or experience in code quality metrics is a significant plus.
