Job Description

Our prestigious BIG4 Firm is actively seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion/EBS SCM Functional for our Gurugram office. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, delivering solutions that drive business success.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration: Lead or participate in the setup and configuration of Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module, including creation of manufacturing organizations, manufacturing parameters, bill of materials (BOM), routings, work definitions, and production schedules.
2. Business Process Analysis: Work with clients to examine their current manufacturing processes, identify gaps, and suggest process improvements using Oracle SCM Manufacturing capabilities.
3. System Customization: Tailor Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module to meet specific business needs, including creation of custom reports, user interfaces, and workflows.
4. Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module with other enterprise systems like ERP, PLM, and MES, ensuring smooth data flow and process synchronization.
5. Testing and Validation: Design test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the accuracy and reliability of the Oracle SCM Manufacturing solution implemented.
6. User Training and Support: Offer end-user training on Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module functionality, conduct workshops, and create user documentation. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users, resolving system issues, and offering guidance.
7. Change Management: Assist with change management activities by helping clients adapt to the new system, communicating system changes, and facilitating user adoption.
8. Best Practices and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Oracle SCM Manufacturing trends, best practices, and industry standards. Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
2. Minimum 6 years of proven experience with Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module, including implementation, configuration, and support.
3. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes such as discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, and lean manufacturing.
4. Proficiency in Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module functionalities, including BOM, routings, work definitions, production scheduling, shop floor control, and quality management.
5. Knowledge of integration between Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module.
6. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud SCM is preferred.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
