Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Debugging and analyzing issues within Android system applications, framework, and Android Open Source Project (AOSP).
- Assisting with migration to newer Android versions.
- Collaborating with the engineering team, managers, and technical experts to create and implement strategic solutions.
- Working closely with Quality Assurance (QA) engineers to continuously improve product quality.
- Tracking and resolving defects to maintain high quality standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Android system applications, frameworks, and AOSP.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and Jetpack.
- Exceptional debugging skills.
- Familiarity with revision control, build process, and code review tools like Git, Jenkins, GitLab, and Jazz.
- Experience with Android version migration or upgrades is a strong plus.
Mandatory Skill:
Deep knowledge of Android Open Source Project (AOSP) and Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL).
