Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated SAP Project Management Office (PMO) professional for a Big4 firm. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects. Your expertise will drive efficiency, consistency, and adherence to best practices in project management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for SAP implementation projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with project goals and objectives. Regularly monitor project progress and update stakeholders.
• Resource Management: Collaborate with project managers for effective resource allocation and management. Address resource utilization and constraints to optimize project performance.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues in SAP projects. Develop strategies for risk mitigation and issue resolution. Maintain a comprehensive risk and issue log.
• Documentation and Reporting: Manage project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure regular distribution of project status reports to stakeholders and adherence to documentation standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement project management methodologies and best practices. Conduct project reviews and audits for compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Act as a liaison between the SAP project team and other business units, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Proven PMO Experience: Strong background in managing SAP projects and implementing PMO best practices.
