We are expanding our SAP team and are actively seeking seasoned consultants in SAP HCM SF EC for various locations across India.

Job Role:
We are looking for an SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and its Employee Central (SF EC) module. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience implementing and customizing SuccessFactors to meet evolving human capital management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation & Configuration:
    • Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, including requirements gathering, planning, configuration, and testing.
  2. Business Process Mapping:
    • Understand the HR business processes and customize the SF EC module to suit specific organizational needs.
  3. Integration:
    • Enable seamless data integration between SuccessFactors and other SAP or third-party systems.
  4. User Training & Documentation:
    • Develop user guides and provide training to HR staff and other end-users for effective usage of the system.
  5. Upgradation & Maintenance:
    • Regularly update the module as per the latest releases and maintain system health.
  6. Reporting & Analytics:
    • Configure and deploy real-time reports and analytics to aid strategic HR decision-making.
  7. Compliance & Security:
    • Ensure that all data and processes comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  8. Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central (SF EC).
  • Experience in multiple full-cycle implementations.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
