We are expanding our SAP team and are actively seeking seasoned consultants in SAP HCM SF EC for various locations across India.
Job Role:
We are looking for an SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and its Employee Central (SF EC) module. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience implementing and customizing SuccessFactors to meet evolving human capital management needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, including requirements gathering, planning, configuration, and testing.
- Business Process Mapping:
- Understand the HR business processes and customize the SF EC module to suit specific organizational needs.
- Integration:
- Enable seamless data integration between SuccessFactors and other SAP or third-party systems.
- User Training & Documentation:
- Develop user guides and provide training to HR staff and other end-users for effective usage of the system.
- Upgradation & Maintenance:
- Regularly update the module as per the latest releases and maintain system health.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Configure and deploy real-time reports and analytics to aid strategic HR decision-making.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure that all data and processes comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Troubleshooting & Support:
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central (SF EC).
- Experience in multiple full-cycle implementations.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
