Job Description:
We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and its Employee Central (SF EC) module. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of SuccessFactors and will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SuccessFactors solutions to meet evolving HR management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation and Configuration:
    • Lead the full-cycle implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  2. Business Process Optimization:
    • Collaborate with HR teams to understand their business processes and configure the SF EC module accordingly.
  3. Data Integration:
    • Ensure smooth data flow between SuccessFactors and other SAP or third-party solutions.
  4. User Training and Support:
    • Create user manuals and provide training to ensure efficient use of the system.
  5. Upgrades and Maintenance:
    • Keep the system updated with the latest features and ensure its optimal performance.
  6. Compliance and Security:
    • Guarantee that all configurations and data are compliant with legal regulations and company policies.
  7. Troubleshooting and Support:
    • Offer ongoing support post-implementation, including resolving issues and incorporating feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Profound expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central module.
  • Experience in end-to-end project implementations.
  • Strong understanding of HR workflows and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
