Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP DMS Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Document Management System (DMS). The candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP DMS Standard Configuration, Document creation and status management, Integration with other modules Object Linkages, Data Conversion, and SAP DMS Master Data. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating Functional Specifications, testing the enhancement objects with ABAP consultants, and managing DMS related authorizations. Excellent stakeholder management skills are also required for this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage SAP DMS Standard Configuration.
2. Oversee document creation and status management.
3. Handle integration with other modules and object linkages.
4. Manage data conversion tasks in SAP DMS.
5. Oversee SAP DMS Master Data.
6. Create functional specifications and explain the requirements to ABAP consultants.
7. Test the enhancement objects with ABAP consultants.
8. Manage DMS-related authorizations, including Doc. Type-wise, status-wise, Authorization group, etc.
9. Manage the integration of SAP DMS uploaded documents with MS Word.
10. Engage in stakeholder management, including discussions with stakeholders to understand their requirements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP DMS.
2. Strong understanding of SAP DMS Standard Configuration.
3. Experience with Document creation and status management.
4. Ability to manage integration with other modules and object linkages.
5. Experience with Data Conversion in SAP DMS.
6. Experience with SAP DMS Master Data.
7. Knowledge of ABAP, with the ability to create functional specifications and test enhancement objects.
8. Experience with DMS related authorization management.
9. Experience with the integration of SAP DMS uploaded documents with MS Word.
10. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
