Job Description

We are actively looking for an experienced SAP CRM Order Management Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a PAN India position with a leading multinational company. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of SAP CRM, ECC related Sales processes, and extensive experience in Order to Cash (O2C) processes.

Primary Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Functional Expertise: Must have 5-7 years of experience in SAP CRM and ECC, with a focus on Sales processes and Order Management.
  • Lead to Cash Process: Strong understanding and experience in implementing Lead to Cash processes using SAP CRM and ECC SD Module.
  • Business Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Business counterparts to design and implement effective solutions around order management.
  • Global Experience: Strong exposure to handling Order to Cash processing in a global environment, with specific skills in localization.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience in SAP Interaction Center and B2B Integration via SAP CRM or Hybris is highly desirable.
  • CRM Customization: Extensive hands-on experience with CRM Webui, Business Roles, Base Customization, Action Profiles, Number Ranges, Outputs, and more.
  • Master Data: Solid understanding of CRM and ECC master data including Business Partners, Material Master, Vendors, and Plants.
  • Testing Skills: Capable of end-to-end testing for O2C processes, including but not limited to Quotes, Orders, Deliveries, Shipments, Invoices, and EDI.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with custom features like User Exits, BADI, etc.
  • Pricing Configuration: Must understand CRM and ECC pricing configurations and processes.
  • Middleware Issues: Experience in resolving CRM-ECC middleware issues.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to mentor and guide team members on order management related business processes.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Certifications: Any SAP CRM certification is an added advantage.
