Job Description:
We are looking for an Oracle Apps Technical Consultant with Java Web Services/API expertise to join our growing team. You’ll translate business requirements into system design specifications and will work closely with our development teams and stakeholders. This is an opportunity for someone looking to make an impact while working on transformative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design & Implementation:
- Translate business requirements into system design specifications.
- Work with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of system designs.
- Project Management:
- Create detailed project plans, manage project timelines, and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Risk Management:
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, requirements specifications, design documents, and testing plans.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead project team members to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
- Training:
- Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle applications.
- Proficient in Oracle SQL, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, and Shell Scripting.
- Proven experience in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher.
- Must have worked in a Production/Application support environment.
- Techno-functional resource in Oracle Apps R12 with 4+ years of experience.
- Proficient in O2C and P2P cycles.
