Job Description

We are looking for a LabVantage LIMS Senior Consultant for our Big4 client in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should be experienced in LabVantage LIMS, Oracle SQL, and Java.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop features in LabVantage LIMS through configuration and customization.
2. Translate user requirements into technical solutions.
3. Provide guidance on best solutions, not just delivering what is asked but being an active participant in design and architecture discussions, revealing the best match between requirements and existing LabVantage architecture.
4. Document the build solution, including functional specification and design specification.
5. Conduct unit testing of own build/features.
6. Deploy own build/features to new environments.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in LabVantage LIMS, Oracle SQL, and Java.
2. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills, able to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
