Job Description
We are hiring for Insurance – Business Transformation – Manager & Senior Manager / -Mumbai- BIG4 Primary Skills:
• Relevant experience in Insurance and should have contributed in strategy and business transformation
initiatives. Experience in conducting primary/ secondary research for market assessment, competitive analysis,
financial models for Insurance institutions.
• Define and deliver customer journeys
• Suggest new features / product innovations whenever necessary basis understanding of consumer behavior
• Monitor customer funnel & identify new levers of growth and apply them to the business
• Experience key business performance metrics and KPIs in Life Insurance
• Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and
technology solutions.
• Experience of working with clients in generating customer and market insights, competition assessment,
articulating their customer strategy and vision for customer experience, go to market Strategy
• Designing and implementing change initiatives, define and deliver customer journeys
• Experience key business performance metrics and KPIs in Insurance
