Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced professionals in Identity and Access Management (IDAM) to join our BIG4 firm in key roles ranging from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager. This opportunity is available in Bengaluru, Pune, and the NCR region, and is ideal for individuals with a strong background in computer science or information technology, particularly in IDAM.
Key Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- IDAM Expertise: Deep understanding of identity and access management technologies, standards, and protocols.
- Access Control Knowledge: Strong grasp of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), SSO (Single Sign-On), and access control principles.
- Compliance Standards: Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant industry regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership capabilities, coupled with strong communication and team management skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA are a plus.
