What You’ll Do:
- IBM Case Manager Development: Utilize your 4-7 years of hands-on experience to develop and implement IBM Case Manager solutions, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Advanced IBM FileNet Content Management: Work with the latest versions of IBM FileNet Content Manager and IBM Content Navigator, focusing on content migration, archival, and retention management within IBM BAW/FileNet environments.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your solid development skills in Java (J2SE, J2EE), JavaScript, and REST/SOAP Web Services to create robust, scalable solutions. Your strong analytical skills will be key in debugging, effective error handling, and problem-solving.
- Custom Solutions Development: Design and create custom reports, dashboards, and scoreboards. Participate in design meetings to contribute to crucial design decisions and develop various components of Case Manager solutions, including pages, workflows, widgets, and custom components.
- Integration and Testing: Develop Java/J2EE-based components for integration with Case Manager and/or FileNet, along with comprehensive unit test suites to ensure reliability and performance.
Who You Are:
- An expert in IBM Case Manager development with 4-7 years of hands-on experience.
- Experienced with IBM FileNet Content Manager, IBM Content Navigator, and Case Manager, with a focus on content migration, archival, and retention management.
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript, REST/SOAP Web Services, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A team player who is adept at participating in design discussions and capable of developing custom, integrated solutions.
