Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP HCM modules and features.
- Design, configure, test, and maintain SAP HCM modules according to the business requirements.
- Provide guidance on the design and implementation of HCM solutions to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and facilitate solutioning sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM-related issues promptly.
- Ensure documentation of system configurations, process flows, specifications, and other technical aspects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, PY, and Time Management.
- Familiarity with HR processes and policies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
