Job Description
We are hiring for Fixed Income – Manager – Mumbai – One of the Strategy & Advisory Firm. Responsibilities : • Team management, supervision, and planning: Leading, guiding and grooming a team of 6 to 7 Analysts/ Senior Analysts to track and complete daily index computation, rebalancing, and criteria review related tasks
- Index maintenance – Daily index computation, rebalancing: Ensuring end to end completion of index computation related tasks
- Preparation of ad-hoc analytical reports for the purpose of senior management and/or for external agencies
- Index maintenance
- Fixed income domain knowledge
- Knowledge of fixed income mutual funds (or AIF, PMS, Insurance) products
- Knowledge on passive investments
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines governing mutual funds
- Fixed income market understanding – yield levels, key trends, market preference and market structure
- Fluency with bond and index mathematics
