Job Description
We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled Data Modeller to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of financial data analysis and business analyses, specifically those with experience in modelling complex financial instruments within the private banking sector.

Key Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 years in finance, data analysis, and business analyses.
- Specialized Data Modeling Experience: At least 5 years of experience in data modeling, focusing on complex financial instruments, party agreements, and other business concepts in a private bank.
- Data Modeling Tools Proficiency: Experienced in using data modeling tools such as Visio, Erwin, or Visual Paradigm for end-to-end data model development, including entity-relationship design.
- Banking/Finance Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge in the banking/finance domain, especially with wealth and private banking experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and GCP-Big Query.
- Documentation Proficiency: Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, Visio/Draw.
- Data Governance and Quality Controls: Experience in data governance, data quality controls design, and data modeling is preferred.
- Agile Methodology: Ability to create user stories in JIRA and facilitate discussions with both business and technical teams.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of cloud technology (GCP/AWS) and IT deployment & operation is advantageous.
- Educational Requirements: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
