Job Description
We are actively seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant, specializing in Project Management and Operations, to undertake and lead full life-cycle implementations for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role demands a proactive individual with a strategic mindset, who can re-engineer business processes to enhance operational efficiency through Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Project Management and Accounting solutions.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Full Life-cycle Implementations: Managing 2-3 complete implementations of MS Dynamics D365 F&O for Project Management/Operations, aligning with client objectives and timelines.
- Business Process Re-engineering: Analyzing client business processes comprehensively to design and improve solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- D365 F&O Functional Support: Providing functional support for D365 F&O applications, ensuring smooth maintenance and operation.
- Expertise in D365 F&O Modules: Demonstrating profound knowledge of the D365 F&O Project Management and Accounting modules, including setup, configuration, and implementation.
- Additional Knowledge: Utilizing understanding of Production Engineering, SCM, and Trade & Logistics to add value to the implementation process.
- Problem Investigation and Analysis: Delving deep to find the root causes of issues, paving the way for effective problem resolution.
- Fit-Gap Analysis & CRP: Leading Fit-Gap analyses and Conference Room Pilots to ensure the proposed solutions meet business requirements.
- Collaboration & Solution Enhancement: Working closely with business users to comprehend issues, and offering/implementing the best possible solutions while identifying opportunities for solution improvement.
- Solution Testing: Conducting thorough testing for business acceptance and ensuring data accuracy.
- Communication & Reporting: Clearly communicating issues and project tasks to the team, while also providing detailed usage and status reports.
- Security and Data Management: Configuring security settings, processes, and options, assisting in data mapping and migration for D365 F&O.
