Join our team as a D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant specializing in Project Management and Operations. We are looking for a dynamic professional with a proven track record of successful full life-cycle implementations using MS Dynamics D365 F&O Project Management/Project Operations Solution. This role is pivotal in re-engineering client business processes to enhance operational efficiency and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead D365 F&O Implementations: Oversee 2-3 full life-cycle implementations, enhancing project management and operations functionalities.
- Business Process Re-engineering: Analyze and understand client business processes to design solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Functional Support: Provide ongoing support for D365 F&O application maintenance, focusing on the Project Management and Accounting modules.
- Module Expertise: Set up, configure, and implement the Project Management and Accounting modules, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Advanced Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of Production Engineering, SCM, and Trade & Logistics to add value to the project.
- Problem Solving: Investigate issues to find root causes and implement solutions that address both apparent and underlying problems.
- Collaboration and Analysis: Work closely with business users to understand challenges and deliver effective solutions. Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP).
- Solution Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance the solution, improving Dynamics 365 F&O functionalities and integration.
- Testing and Communication: Ensure solutions meet business needs through rigorous testing. Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders about issues and project tasks.
- User Support: Provide usability guidance, prepare reference material for users, and report on utilization and work status.
Who You Are:
- Experienced with 2-3 full life-cycle implementations of MS Dynamics D365 F&O in Project Management/Operations.
- Proficient in the Project Management and Accounting modules of D365 F&O.
- Skilled in business process analysis and re-engineering, with a keen eye for operational efficiency improvements.
- Knowledgeable in Production Engineering, SCM, and Trade & Logistics.
- An excellent problem-solver, communicator, and team player.
