Job Description
We are seeking a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant with a specialization in Project Management and Operations. This role is available across India and is designed for professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics, particularly in D365 F&O. What You’ll Do:
- Implement D365 F&O Solutions: Lead 2-3 full life-cycle implementations of MS Dynamics D365 F&O focusing on Project Management and Project Operations.
- Business Process Optimization: Analyze client business processes to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Module Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the D365 F&O Project Management and Accounting modules, including setup, configuration, and implementation.
- Cross-functional Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of Production Engineering, SCM, and Trade & Logistics to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Problem-solving: Investigate and solve complex problems by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaboration and Analysis: Work closely with business users to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP).
- Solution Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve solutions, focusing on Dynamics 365 F&O feature enhancements and interface optimization.
- Testing and Communication: Ensure solutions meet business requirements through rigorous testing and communicate effectively with the project team.
- User Support and Reporting: Provide usability guidance, prepare user reference material, and deliver detailed project status reports.
Who You Are:
- An experienced D365 F&O consultant with at least 5 years in MS Dynamics, including 2-3 full life-cycle implementations.
- Proficient in Project Management and the Finance module within D365 F&O.
- Knowledgeable in additional areas such as Production Engineering, SCM, and Trade & Logistics.
- A strong communicator, capable of articulating complex solutions and collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
