Job Description
Our prestigious consulting firm is seeking a Valuation Consultant, Associate Manager, or Manager for our offices in Bangalore, Gurugram, and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including financial analysis, research generation and analysis, company profile creation, and proposal document support. As a team member, you will develop buy-side and sell-side pitches, perform company valuations, and maintain current knowledge of business, economic, and regulatory developments relevant to our clients. We value strong professional relationships and look forward to welcoming a new member to our onshore team.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Undertake detailed financial analysis, transforming data into insights that will drive our clients’ success.
- Research: Conduct extensive company and industry research, your findings will be essential to our strategy development and decision-making processes.
- Proposal Development: Create engaging company profiles and support proposal documents that attract potential clients.
- Valuation: Develop buy-side and sell-side pitches, providing comprehensive company valuations using advanced methodologies.
- Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of current business, economic, and regulatory developments relevant to our clients, ensuring we’re always one step ahead.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with our onshore team, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in relative valuations and market multiples.
- Good working knowledge of intrinsic valuations, including creating and reviewing DCF models.
- Educational or professional qualifications: MBA or CFA.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
