We’re actively seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our renowned Big 4 Organization in Bangalore. The role involves working on Organizational Change Management (OCM) and behavioral change strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearheading and implementing organizational and behavioral change strategies.
• Assessing change impact and managing organization design and transformation.
• Excelling in stakeholder management and communication strategies.
• Identifying training needs, championing change adoption, and measuring change effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has significant experience (60-70%) in change management.
• Has a strong understanding of organizational change, change strategy, behavioral change, change impact, organization design & transformation.
• Is proficient in stakeholder management, communication strategy, change champions, training need analysis, change adoption, and change measurement.

Please note: Experience in IT and ITIL will not be considered relevant for this position.
