Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer with a focus on QT development for our Bangalore (Hybrid) location. The role will involve developing robust and scalable software solutions for mapping and navigation applications. The candidate will be a key contributor in a fast-paced, Agile and DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development:
- Develop high-quality code in C++ and QT, adhering to the company’s coding standards and guidelines.
- Feature and Bug Fixing:
- Work on feature/CR implementation and bug fixing using C++ and QT frameworks.
- Cross-platform Development:
- Build and maintain software on both Linux and Windows platforms.
- Unit Testing:
- Develop and execute unit tests using frameworks like GMock/GTest to ensure the quality of the codebase.
- Agile and DevOps Collaboration:
- Actively participate in Agile and DevOps processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5-12 years of overall experience with at least 4 years specializing in C++, C++11/14, and QT.
- Experience working on Linux and Windows platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools.
- Strong experience with unit test frameworks like GMock/GTest.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
