Job Description
We are Hiirng for Manager/Sr.Consultant-Senior Service Delivery Manager for AS400 and Mainframe-Vig4-Pune .
Primary Skills:
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for the delivery of AS400 and Mainframe services.
• Define and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) for AS400 and Mainframe operations, ensuring that agreed service levels are met or exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related discussions and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and align service delivery accordingly.
• Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct regular service reviews with clients, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing AS400 and Mainframe operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to AS400 and Mainframe systems, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Oversee the implementation of changes, upgrades, and enhancements to AS400 and Mainframe systems, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Manage and escalate incidents and problems, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles, to support efficient service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
