We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in Adobe Target or similar tools, and a passion for online marketing and digital technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Adobe Target Expertise: Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Adobe Target or a comparable tool, demonstrating a solid understanding of its application in online marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing Savvy: Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies, with a good grasp of personalization and optimization programs across digital channels such as websites and mobile apps.
- Analytical Skills: Strong logical reasoning and exploratory data analysis skills, adept in using web analytics tools for advanced reporting, monitoring, dashboarding, and analytics.
- Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in analysis tools like Excel for solving business problems.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of business models, concepts, and strategies across various verticals, including Retail, BFSI, Media, Automotive, High-Tech, Education, and Healthcare.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional Attributes: Must be self-motivated, responsive, and dedicated to customer success. An innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset is crucial.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work as part of a team, and manage change effectively.
